Q: (golfing lady site) How do I place an order?
A: Simply choose the items you want and place them in your cart. Be sure to indicate the quantity, size, and colour of each item. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" icon, and you will complete the process by providing payment and delivery instructions. Ther is now the option to pay using Paypal.
Q: Is your site secure? Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Yes. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Q: Who has access to my information?
A: No one but Golfing Lady. Your information is guaranteed never to be passed on to anyone.
Q: What if I receive the merchandise and it is damaged?
A: All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro an Solo. We also accept Cheques & Postal Orders. Businesses may apply for net terms after first order and upon completion of a credit application
Returned Cheque fee for Insufficient Funds is £25.00.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Returns require a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid number. Absolutely no returns on worn, or washed merchandise
And headwear returns will not be accepted under any circumstances (for health reasons).
Returns are accepted if returned with a valid number to the warehouse of origin within 14 Days of ship date. Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or colour by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 15% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.
If replacement apparel is needed quickly please place a new order and you will be credited once the returned apparel has been received and processed.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Items will be sent via ANC or Royal Mail but the delivery address must be a physical street address.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive my package?
A: A signature will be required but if you are out a card will be left.
Q: Do you offer a quantity price?
