1. It really is quite simple to order embroidered leisurewear from us. We do try to make it as easy as possible. We have a 220 page colour brochure from which you can choose from a massive range of sports and leisurewear. Our 2008 Collection is full of major sports and leisure brands. Please request a copy or find the brochure online link on the Home page. 2. Plain sample garments can be requested on a sale or return basis. 3. After placing your order we will send you a free embroidered proof, if requested. You can post, fax or e-mail your design to us (preferably in .jpg or .tif format if via e-mail). Your design can be embroidered in up to 10 colours. Our prices include one embroidered "average" size breast pocket logo (up to 10,000 stitches). For designs larger than this there may be a small surcharge. We will be pleased to quote by return upon sight of your design. Please note that lettering included in a design can significantly increase the number of stitches. 4. We have no minimum order charge. 5. Quick delivery - Please let us know if you have a deadline. Lead times are usually between 7-10 days depending on the time of year and stock availability. 6. Nationwide Next Day Carrier Service. Please don't forget to add carriage £8.00 + VAT to the cost of your order. Free delivery to UK mainland address on orders of 100 garments and above. 7. Please don't forget to add the VAT @ 17.5% if applicable (children's sizes are zero rated). Payment Payment is required before despatch. Most major credit cards are taken.
